Diversity Leadership Council
H&R Block's Diversity Leadership Council formed in 2001 to serve
as a catalyst to advance diversity initiatives within the company. The Council
is comprised of senior leaders committed to a diverse work environment.
Among the council's goals:
- To continue to attract and retain an increasingly diverse workforce and network of suppliers and vendors
- To promote and support diversity awareness training and inclusion within the company
- To create a working environment that celebrates diversity and serves as a standard of excellence in the industry and enables each individual to achieve their highest potential
