Medical — We offer a variety of plan designs, ranging from high deductible plans with a health savings account to a PPO Plan and EPO Plan. Each plan provides comprehensive protection, including prescription drug coverage, to meet your medical needs.
Health Savings Account — If you enroll in a high deductible health plan, you will be eligible to open a health savings account, which you may use to pay your deductible and any qualified health care cost. If you enroll, H&R Block will make an employer contribution to your account.
Dental — We provide a comprehensive dental benefit, covering routine and restorative benefits, as well as orthodontia.

Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment — While the company provides a base benefit for full-time associates, you may also purchase additional coverage for yourself and/or your eligible dependents.
Disability — Our Long-Term Disability plan provides continuing income when an illness or injury prevents you from working for an extended period of time.
Flexible Spending Accounts — Health Care and Dependent Care — The Health Care Spending Account provides an opportunity to use tax-free dollars to cover unreimbursed medical, dental or vision costs. The Dependent Care Account is available for the care of children or an elderly or disabled parent.
Adoption assistance — Associates are eligible for up to $3,000 per child to assist with recognized adoption expenses.
Stock Purchase Plan — H&R Block believes in its future, and we want you to as well. You may have part of your regular compensation withheld from your paycheck on a monthly basis to purchase Block stock in your name at a discount.
Vacation — Time away is crucial. In fact, we let you start accruing vacation time from the date you're hired.
Tuition Assistance Plan — We encourage you to make life-long learning a priority. For our full-time associates, we'll reimburse up to $5,250 per calendar year for qualified tuition, books and enrollment fees after 1 year of employment.
401(k) Savings Plan — As an H&R Block associate you will be enrolled in our 401(k) savings plan and receive our generous dollar-for-dollar match on the first 5% of your contributions. Company-matched contributions are always 100% vested.
Employee Assistance Program (EAP)*
This is a professional, confidential program designed to help associates and their eligible family members resolve emotional and personal conflicts, family problems, substance abuse, stress, financial or legal concerns, career concerns and other issues of a personal nature. The decision to seek assistance through the EAP will not adversely affect an associate's job security or advancement opportunities.
